SaaScend may use your User Info to perform, operate, maintain, develop, provide, monitor and improve the Site and any related products or services of SaaScend. SaaScend may also use information you provide to contact you, respond to inquiries, provide support, customize or personalize your experience when using the Site or send you information regarding the Site, SaaScend or our products and services.
SaaScend may also use your User Info to compile and analyze trends and to develop, create, generate or otherwise obtain aggregated or de-identified information and data (which does not contain User Contact Information) which may by used or disclosed by SaaScend for any purpose in its sole discretion.
Disclosure of Your Information to Third Parties

Security
SaaScend understands that storing User Info in a secure manner is important to our business. SaaScend uses a variety of security measures to maintain the safety and confidentiality of such data and information. SaaScend stores User Info using reasonable and industry standard physical, technical and administrative safeguards that are designed to secure data against foreseeable risks, such as unauthorized use, access, disclosure, destruction and modification. In particular, all connections to and from our Site are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
All User Contact Information provided to SaaScend through the Site is contained behind a firewall and only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights to our production systems. Such User Contact Information provided to us is also encrypted in our secure database. The database is further protected behind a firewall. Cookies and Log Files
Your web behavior and activity in relation to the Site may be tracked and collected through cookies, pixel tags, log files, web beacons and other technology during your visit to or use of the Site.
SaaScend may place a “cookie” on the browser of your computer when you visit or use the Site. A cookie is a small file of information that a Site transfers to your computer for record-keeping purposes. The cookie itself does not contain any personally identifiable information, but may be used to tell when your computer has contacted the Site, thus enhancing your experience as a user of the Site. For instance, the Site’s use of cookies allows you to avoid registering or logging in each time you visit the Site to download resources. A pixel tag (“pixel”) is a small piece of code that can be embedded on websites and emails. SaaScend may use pixels to learn how you interact with our Site and emails. Do Not Track (DNT) is an optional browser setting that allows you to express your preferences regarding tracking by advertisers and other third parties. If our systems receive a DNT:1 signal from your browser, SaaScend will stop using pixels to promote our Site, products and services on third-party sites accessed via that browser.
When users visit and use our Site, SaaScend gathers certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This information includes without limitation Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data (i.e. a list of pages or URLs visited). This information may be linked to a particular user’s profile ID or order number. SaaScend may use this information as described above.
Business Transitions
In the event that SaaScend goes through a business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your User Info will likely be among the assets transferred and disclosed to the acquiring or successor entity and such use and disclosure is permitted under this Privacy Policy. International Transfers of Information
Your User Info may be transferred to – and stored or maintained on – computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, SaaScend transfers User Contact Information to the United States and processes it there, and your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
