Deploying a BDR agent fleet on top of a clean CRM foundation
With the data foundation already solid, we deployed a fleet of BDR and Research agents that tripled qualified outbound without adding headcount.
The challenge
The SDR team was capped by capacity. Reps spent more time researching and logging than talking to prospects, and pipeline coverage was falling behind target.
Our approach
A BDR Agent for research and personalized drafting, a Research Agent for account intelligence, and a Post-Call Agent for automatic logging — all grounded in the existing Salesforce data model with human approval before every send.
The situation
The SDR team was good, but capped. Every rep lost hours a day to research and CRM admin, and pipeline coverage was slipping. Adding headcount was slow and expensive.
What we did
Because the CRM foundation was already clean, we could move straight to the AI layer. We deployed a BDR Agent to research accounts and draft personalized outreach, a Research Agent for deeper account intelligence, and a Post-Call Agent to log activity automatically. Every outbound touch still gets human approval — the agents do the preparation, not the judgment.
The result
Qualified outbound per rep more than tripled, reps got roughly twelve hours a week back, and the team hit coverage without a single new hire. The clean foundation is what made the AI layer fast to deploy and safe to trust.
