Originally operating through donated member time, the community needed resources to sustain itself. Founding member Christina Anderson explored options to provide the support the members deserved.

SaaScend is a revenue operations consultancy empowering teams across sales, marketing, and customer success. The company focuses on “optimizing processes with products and services, so their clients can focus on go-to-market.” Given that both the community and SaaScend share a mission to empower marketing professionals, the partnership proved natural.

The rebrand emphasizes “the essence of the members themselves rather than on the name of a product,” continuing to serve as a resource for marketing professionals seeking support, connection, and advancement.

Introducing Marketing Life Hacks

The community operates through a global Slack group and monthly Zoom meetings, enabling members to ask questions, share resources, network, and exchange best practices.

With over 500 members—including Marketing Automation Admins, Salesforce Admins, Marketing Managers, Directors, Executives, and Consultants—the community spans beginner to advanced technical skill levels, creating a diverse knowledge base for members at any career stage.
